Margarita V. DiVall, PharmD, MEd, BCPS, FNAP is a Clinical Professor at the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SOPPS) and a Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University. She a Double Husky with a PharmD degree received in 1999 and MEd degrees received in 2013. After graduating with her PharmD degree, she completed a pharmacy practice residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston (BIDMC), MA. She is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. In 2021 she was recognized as the Fellow of the National Academies of Practice.

Dr. DiVall began her faculty appointment at Northeastern in 2000. For many years she practiced and trained PharmD students and pharmacy residents at BIDMC. Dr. DiVall had a significant impact on shaping PharmD curriculum and oversaw assessment and accreditation efforts at the SOPPS between 2010 and 2019. In her current administrative role at the college level, she oversees faculty affairs across all four schools in the college and provides oversight to our DEI efforts. Her expertise in curricular design, assessment, and faculty affairs, and a passion for interprofessional education have spurred a number of scholarly projects, which led to peer reviewed publications and presentations. Over her career she has provided significant service to several professional pharmacy organizations, including American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Lulu Fan, PharmD ‘06, MBA

Dr. Lulu Fan is the Chief Pharmacy Officer at Atrius Health, part of Optum, and has full oversight of Atrius Health’s pharmacy operations and Atrius Health’s clinical departments’ medication procurement and fulfilment needs. As part of her role, Dr. Fan serves on the Optum Pharmacy Steering Committee and is the pharmacy clinical lead on Optum Health’s core team of representatives for the Eastern US market.  

Prior to joining Atrius Health, she was the district pharmacy supervisor at CVS Health in the Greater Boston area.

Dr. Fan earned her MBA from Cornell University and her PharmD from Northeastern University, where she currently volunteers as an Alumni Council Member.
